Well, what cha' know?!?

A new dawn, a new template. We shall see if this one behaves better than the "dots". I really hope so as I am deathly sick of Minima Light, a.k.a. Big Red

Other news from our casa is lacking at best, Christmas shopping is nearly complete. What I've got done is wrapped and under the tree already, leaving me with three crafts to finish and one "to-do" item on a gift before I can wrap it. Everything else is in the hands of God, Amazon.com and UPS/USPS. Hopefully the latter two won't let me down. I finished shopping for Tim and a few others yesterday. Leaving just two more people to cross off my list. Speaking of my list, the number of purchased gifts this year is drastically reduced, I "made" stuff for 6 out of 13 persons. I guess that IS counting a few combined gifts for some married types out there; regardless, go me. I'm not sure that route saved me any money, but the gifts are more unique/personalized so we'll see how that goes over. Perhaps I can do this more often...or ya' know not. My stagnant crafting stash just happened to be over flowing with stuff that was appropriate for others this year, I have a feeling that's kind of like a 100-year meteorological event...very rare and potentially catastrophic. But who knows, perhaps this is the year that I turn a crafting corner and can begin to craft on command.

You can stop laughing any time.

Moving on, one of my favorite blog-ettes (Miss. Doxie) has put up her annual Christmas Shopping Guide for material goods in, around and under $10; go check it out there is a ton of very cool stuff. Further neatness, she's started her own shop at shopdoxie.com which has some adorable Bad Wiener (dog) and pretty song bird items.

And in the catagory of Things Only Funny to Me is yogabeans.com. There need to be more sites that teach the art of yoga this way, truly there do.

Update: Did we just say goodbye to Big Red? I guess not so much, as I finally found a template that allows me to do massive amounts of manipulation (See Christmas Theme)...unfortunately I seem to be subconsciously in love with this color. But now it's festive, which is totally different.
